Introduction

Taco Salad

This is a family favorite at our house! It’s quick and easy and even the hubby can throw it together (which he does most of the time for this one;)! Try it this weekend and make this a family regular!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can black beans
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can cor
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can dark red kidney beans
  • Corn tortillas
  • Ranch, salsa verde, or other preferred dressing
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, seasoned salt, or other preferred seasoning

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Cook beef over Medium heat on stove. Once fully cooked, drain and rinse with water.

Step 2

Place meat back into pan and sprinkle with seasonings to taste.

Step 3

Drain corn and beans and place in pan with meat and mix everything together.

Step 4

Place chips in bowl and crunch into smaller pieces. Place taco salad mix on top of chips.

Step 5

Pour dressing over top and mix all together.
