Introduction

Salsa Chicken Burrito Bowls

Guys. I accidentally created this recipe one Sunday and It. Is. DELISH! And because it’s so easy, it just makes it that much better! This recipe is even good as leftovers the next day! Check it out!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 (16 oz) jar salsa
  • 3 cups white rice
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can black beans
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can corn
  • Tortilla chips (optional)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Place chicken in Crock Pot and cover with chicken bouillon and salsa. Cook on LOW for 8 hours. (Or cook for 20-30 minutes in oven at 450 F).

Step 2

 Cook 2-3 cups rice in rice cooker (or on stove top, depending on type of rice used).

Step 3

Drain and rinse black beans and drain corn.

Step 4

Once everything is done cooking, place rice in bowl and top with black beans, corn, and salsa chicken.

Step 5

Eat plain or with chips.
