Lunch or Dinner
These are super quick, easy, and cheap to make! If you don’t have anything planned for lunch or dinner and are in a pinch, you can whip up these quesadillas at a moment’s notice!
- 1 pkg flour tortillas
- 1 pkg shredded cheese
- 1 (15.25 oz) can black beans
- 1 (15.25 oz) can corn
- 1 box Spanish rice (optional)
- Optional Toppings: sour cream, salsa (or El Pato), whatever else you’d like
Step by Step Instructions
Take one tortillas and place cheese, black beans, corn, and rice (if desired) on top. Place other tortilla on top.
Heat pan on Medium heat on stove and place the quesadilla on the pan.
Let quesadilla cook on pan until browned and crispy and then flip to other side until browned and crispy.
