Inroduction

Quesadillas

These are super quick, easy, and cheap to make! If you don’t have anything planned for lunch or dinner and are in a pinch, you can whip up these quesadillas at a moment’s notice!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg flour tortillas 
  • 1 pkg shredded cheese
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can black beans
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can corn
  • 1 box Spanish rice (optional)
  • Optional Toppings: sour cream, salsa (or El Pato), whatever else you’d like

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Take one tortillas and place cheese, black beans, corn, and rice (if desired) on top. Place other tortilla on top. 

Step 2

Heat pan on Medium heat on stove and place the quesadilla on the pan. 

Step 3

Let quesadilla cook on pan until browned and crispy and then flip to other side until browned and crispy.

Step 4

Top with sour cream, salsa, or whatever else you’d like!
