Philly Cheese Steak

These are a spin off of a recipe I saw awhile back and I ended up LOVING it! They are so yummy, they’re pretty healthy, easy for counting Macros (if you’re into that kind of thing!), and so easy to make!


  • 1 lb roast beef deli slices
  • 1 pkg provolone cheese slices
  • 2-3 green bell peppers, rinsed and sliced (more or less depending on how many are eating)
  • 1 pkg pita bread

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Saute bell peppers until slightly browned over Medium heat on stove.

Step 2

Place roast beef in pan with peppers and cook until beginning to crisp.

Step 3

Place provolone cheese slice on top of meat and peppers and cook until melted, remembering to keep “stirring”.

Step 4

Once cooked, place mixture on pita bread slice and fold taco style to eat.
