Philly Cheese Steak
These are a spin off of a recipe I saw awhile back and I ended up LOVING it! They are so yummy, they’re pretty healthy, easy for counting Macros (if you’re into that kind of thing!), and so easy to make!
- 1 lb roast beef deli slices
- 1 pkg provolone cheese slices
- 2-3 green bell peppers, rinsed and sliced (more or less depending on how many are eating)
- 1 pkg pita bread
Step by Step Instructions
Saute bell peppers until slightly browned over Medium heat on stove.
Place roast beef in pan with peppers and cook until beginning to crisp.
Place provolone cheese slice on top of meat and peppers and cook until melted, remembering to keep “stirring”.
