Introduction

Oven Tacos

These tacos are so easy and DELICIOUS! And not to mention, you can throw pretty much anything you want on them! Leftover food that would taste good on a taco? THROW IT ON!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg corn tortillas
  • 1 pkg shredded cheese
  • 1-2 chicken breasts (depending on how many people are eating)
  • 1 pkg Spanish rice
  • Toppings: sour cream, salsa (or El Pato), lettuce, whatever you’d like!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Cook chicken if using chicken breast by either throwing it in the oven for 20-30 on 450 F or cook in Crock Pot on LOW for 8 hours. 

Step 2

Turn oven to 400 F.

Step 3

Cook Spanish rice according to package instructions.

Step 4

Place corn tortillas evenly on metal cookie sheet. Spread shredded cheese on top of tortillas and top with chicken and rice. 

Step 5

Place in oven for 5-7 minutes. 


Once cooked, top with toppings of choice!
