Chicken Soft Tacos
These chicken soft tacos are super easy and awesome to make with a variety of toppings or even just plain! And what’s better for Taco Tuesday!?
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 pkg corn tortillas
- 1.5 cups oil (for cooking tortillas)
- Optional Toppings: lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa (or El Pato), whatever you’d like!
Step by Step Instructions
Cook chicken (I take frozen chicken breasts & cook it in the Crockpot on LOW for 8 hours), sprinkle chicken bouillon over the top, and pour chicken broth to cover bottom of Crockpot (you can add more or less broth depending on preference and size of Crockpot).
Can also cook chicken in the oven.
After chicken has fully cooked, shred.
Heat oil over Medium heat on stove. Place corn tortillas in oil to cook and flip. (Tortillas should not be cooked for very long in oil or they will get hard).
