Introduction

Chicken, Potatoes, & Carrots

This is a classic dinner – super simple to make! Pop everything in the Crock Pot, leave it cooking all day, and enjoy after getting home from a long day! 

Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp chicken bouillon 
  • 5 lb bag small red potatoes, rinsed and cut into cubes
  • 1 lb bag baby carrots
  •  Gravy of choice (I use McCormick brown gravy mix)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Place chicken, potatoes, and carrots in Crock Pot on LOW for 8 hours and sprinkle chicken bouillon over the top.

Step 2

Once done, serve with your choice of gravy.
