Introduction

Chicken Fajitas

This is a yummy recipe that is an easy throw-in-the-oven type of dinner! Super simple, delicious, and healthy! You’ll definitely want to try out this recipe and make your tummy happy!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 3-4 bell peppers (orange, yellow, green, &/or red), rinsed and cut into slices
  • 1 pkg small taco size flour tortillas
  • 1 pkg fajita seasoning
  • 1 pkg shredded cheese

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Turn oven on 350 F. Cook chicken in pan over Medium heat on stove.

Step 2

Once chicken is cooked, place peppers in pan, and cook until browned.

Step 3

Sprinkle fajita seasoning over chicken and peppers. 

Step 4

Place tortillas evenly on a metal cookie sheet and warm in oven for about 3 minutes.

Step 5

Once tortillas have warmed, place chicken and peppers on top and top with desired toppings.
